At 7 Islas Hotel we want to end the year with you and to warmly welcome 2019 with an original proposal, a souvenir we hope will remain engraved in your memory for many years to come. Hence, we have tailored a unique experience: a gastronomic party in our urban oasis, which will make you enjoy (either you are a guest at our hotel or not) a wonderful soiree, including a crafted beverages workshop, champagne, a gourmet set menu at an imperial table, the traditional 12 lucky grapes and, of course, open bar with our renowned cocktails.
Open Doors at 20:00 pm. Our head barista Christian will be waiting for you at the 7 Craft Bar to serve you the first glasses of champagne. When every assistant was ready, you will participate in the creation of a traditional Christmas punch with him and his team; an ideal prelude for our last dinner this year. Music, snacks and a 14-plate menu based on a selection of our best seasonal dishes-some of them brand new, never tasted before- and with a Christmas touch:
– Appetizers: mussel, Raxo and oyster from Delta del Ebro marinades.
– The sea (barnacle, razor shell, and seaweed froth)
– Autumn onion.
– Garlic and eel.
– Christmas prawn.
– Chickpea salad.
– Hake and cabbage.
– Large round beans and ridge.
– Sequence roasted scab.
– Mature cow.
– Three desserts.
And no better dinner closing than our genuine petit fours and the very first “shots” of the night. Hereafter, we will have the traditional lucky 12 grapes for the new year to bring more success and gathering moment; and it would be only natural to proceed with the open bar until 02:00 am. Music, champagne, drinks, cocktails and our selection of our better traditional craft beverages with the personalized service of our barista team.
