The new spring menu is already available in our 7 Craft Bar, with three tasting menus – long, medium and short – at our customers’ choice and à la carte dishes. Our Chef Xabi Guitart and his team prepare all the dishes at the moment, made with fresh seasonal products, with references to the Spanish cuisine and small doses of international cuisine.

A kitchen in constant evolution that seeks the balance between the traditional concept and cutting-edge techniques, always betting on quality raw material.

“Salmorejo” and sea, pigeon in sequence, creamy “Alubion” and ridge, Dutch mini-tortoise, autumn onion and a selection of desserts in which highlights the cocoa ingot in 7 textures are some of the dishes that you can enjoy during this season.

    Monday: 11am to 11pm.
    Tuesday: 9am to 11pm.
    Wednesday to Saturday: 9am to 2am.
    Sunday: 11am to 11pm.
