By macerating different botanicals within our spirits, we seek to extract the essence of the ingredients and transport them and integrate them into the spirit by altering its flavor, changing its balance, making it a new and unique product.

Therefore, we choose the best products consistent with the characteristics of the distillate and mix them and let stand cold to modify as little as possible its properties and leave it sealed and sheltered from the sun for at least 24 hours and up to a maximum of 120 hours to those products more reluctant to deliver their flavors and aromas.
