The menu itself is simple and elegant, as quality and artisanal preparation always comes first.
For our cocktails, we seek to extract the essence of the ingredients and transport them and integrate them into the spirit by altering its flavor, changing its balance, making it a new and unique product.
Therefore, we choose the best products consistent with the characteristics of the distillate and mix them and let stand cold to modify as little as possible its properties and leave it sealed and sheltered from the sun for at least 24 hours and up to a maximum of 120 hours to those products more reluctant to deliver their flavors and aromas.
We also want you to start the day in the best possible way and make you feel at home. Our healthy and proximity breakfast buffet offer a variety of seasonal fruits, breads with sourdough dough, homemade granola, organic dairy and high-quality vegetable options. For those who enjoy having late breakfast, an Easy and Not that easy breakfast menu is additionally available in our bar and room service.
